Cancellation policy

We recognize that life is unpredictable, and occasionally, appointments need to be adjusted. While we strive to be understanding, our team relies on scheduled appointments for their livelihood. Therefore, we kindly request 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service, and cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged the full-service fee. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policy.

Cancellation Policy

The Style Studio requires a 48 hour notice to change or cancel an appointment. Our staff works on a commission base salary, so when last-minute cancellations occur, our staff does not get paid. We all know life happens and that changes sometime needs to occur last minute. The first time this happens, it’s on us! Failure to give enough notice going forward however will result in a 50% deposit on any future appointments made. We appreciate your understanding!
