MASSAGE PACKAGES
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
An integration of techniques tailored to each individuals needs. Our massage therapists will utilize different massage modalities including Swedish, Connective Tissue, and Neuromuscular (deep tissue), based on your body’s needs. By working closely with each client and using a blend of techniques we are able to provide a more targeted approach for optimal results. This service includes a warm towel for added relaxation.
DEEP TISSUE
A firmer pressured massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
HIMALAYAN STONE MASSAGE
Himalayan stones are warmed then used as an extention of the therapist's hands to help lower stress, improve circulation and relax tight muscles.
REFLEXOLOGY
A 45 minute treatment focused on applying different amounts of pressure to the feet. This treatment is based on the theory that reflex points found in feet correspond to specific organs and glands.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
A form of body work that focues on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes of pregancy. (Must be in 2nd or 3rd Trimester)
ONCOLOGY
Oncology massage is a way to nurture the body and mind of anyone who is dealing with cancer, based on compassion and a specialized massage treatment. An oncologist's release is required and this service must be scheduled minimum of 24 hours after chemotherapy.
TARGET MASSAGE
This massage focuses on a specific area of tension using a combination of different techniques and pressure.
CHAIR MASSAGE
This quick pick me up can help relieve tention in the neck and back.
LEG AND FOOT TREATMENT
This treatment starts with warm towels on the legs and feet, followed by an exfoliating scrub and foot massage.
